Introducing the BenefitFlow MCP: Connect Your AI Assistant to BenefitFlow Data

Hi there,

Today we're launching the BenefitFlow MCP: a connector to your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.) that lets you interact with BenefitFlow data outside the platform and in plain language.

Now you can prospect and research employers, brokers, and contacts in your AI Chat window. Gather insights and buying signals, build lead lists, or enrich a list of accounts you already own with BenefitFlow data points. You're in control.

It's built for sellers, not developers. You connect once, sign in with your existing BenefitFlow account, and start asking questions. Until now, prospecting meant exporting, tab-hopping, and rebuilding lists in a spreadsheet. The BenefitFlow MCP closes that gap.

The BenefitFlow MCP in an AI chat window answering a request for fully-insured employers in TN, GA, and FL with 100-500 employees and an October 1 renewal, returning 184 matched employers with their locations.

🔎 Prospect for accounts and people

Describe the list you want, down to funding type and renewal date, and get employers, brokers, or benefits decision-makers back. Reveal verified email and phone when you're ready to act.

The BenefitFlow MCP returning a company profile for Delta, including industry and NAICS code, employee and benefits contact counts, self-funded status, benefits and P&C renewal dates, and the primary benefits broker.

💼 Research accounts and relationships

Pull a full profile in one shot: firmographics, funding, renewals, buying signals, key partners, and the broker who has the relationship. Ask it from either side, from the employer or from the broker.

The BenefitFlow MCP bulk-enriching a list of employers, matching Walmart, Wegman's, and Target to their benefits broker and a benefits rating out of five.

📄 Bulk-enrich a list

Paste a list of names or domains and match every row straight to BenefitFlow records. No manual lookup and no export needed.

🔌 Plugs in where you already work

Add BenefitFlow as a connector in Claude (desktop, web, or Claude Code), ChatGPT (paid plan with Developer mode), or any custom agent that speaks MCP, then sign in and approve access. No API keys, no developer setup.

🔒 Your data, your permissions

The MCP connection authenticates with your BenefitFlow account and returns responses based on your existing permissions. It's read-only, apart from contact reveals, which show a free cost estimate and ask for your approval before spending credits. Every MCP call is logged and capped.

There's no separate subscription. Firmographics, relationships, and native signals are included, and contact reveals draw on the same credits you already use in the app.
