Do contact credits expire?+
Contact credits are allocated annually based on your subscription plan. Premium plans include 5,000 credits per year, Ultimate plans include 20,000 credits per year, and Enterprise plans offer custom credit allocations. Unused credits do not roll over to the next subscription period.
